We had a very delicious birthday celebration for my baby brother's 24th birthday. Starters were of course the Crab & Corn Nido Soup, followed by the Birthday Pancit, Chinese Beef Tenderloin, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Hot prawn salad AND the .....
Stuffed Shrimp Rolled in Bacon with Hot Mayonnaise - this one really knock my socks off. It's a heart attack waiting to happen but it was SUPERB!
